We’re growing our network of exceptional temporary Receptionists to support leading investment firms across London. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being at the heart of the office, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable exposure.

As the face of the business, you’ll deliver a seamless front-of-house experience—welcoming VIPs, supporting senior teams, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception.

We’re looking for confident, personable, and highly organised individuals with 3+ years of front-of-house experience in investment or professional services ideally. 

You'll be confident, proactive and have a can-do attitude.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating a professional first impression for guests and employees
• Managing reception, calls, and admin tasks (travel, expenses, taxis)
• Supporting meetings and daily office operations
