Service Desk M&E AdministratorLocation: Sevenoaks
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Office-based initially, with potential for hybrid working in the future
The OpportunityWe are recruiting for a Service Desk M&E Administrator to join an established and rapidly growing Building Services business based in Sevenoaks.
The company specialises in HVAC, Controls, and Fire & Smoke Control, providing planned and reactive maintenance services to commercial clients across London and the Home Counties.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and dealing with customers, engineers and internal teams.
Importantly, you do not need previous M&E or Facilities Management experience. The company is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including those with strong administration, coordination, customer service, scheduling or office-based experience.

- Managing engineer diaries and coordinating daily schedules.
- Handling client enquiries and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinating reactive and emergency call-outs.
- Liaising with engineers to obtain job updates and coordinate ongoing works.
- Preparing and issuing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) documentation.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring required information and documentation is received.
- Maintaining accurate service records and internal systems.
- Supporting compliance and documentation requirements.
- Providing general administrative support to the management team.
- Ensuring clients, engineers and internal stakeholders receive a high level of service.
- Prioritising urgent requests and escalating issues where required.
You may already have experience as a:
- Service Coordinator
- Service Administrator
- Helpdesk Administrator
- Engineering Administrator
- Facilities Administrator
- Office Administrator
- Scheduler / Coordinator
