Personal Advisor, Havering
£31.05 per hour
Up to 25 young people
The role requires understanding the impact of trauma, offering sensitive and non judgemental support, maintaining professional boundaries to ensure that young people are leading safe and happy lives.
You must be able to assess needs, identify risks, set realistic goals, and guide young people towards positive outcomes, often in complex or pressured situations.
3 days per week in the office.
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
