Weekend Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)

About the RoleWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing support team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers across multiple channels.

Working exclusively at weekends, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally, and accurately.
Working Hours:

  • Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

    • Sunday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner

    • Provide outstanding support and resolve customer queries efficiently

    • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages, helping to build strong customer relationships

    • Identify potential risks or issues using Outlook and internal systems, taking proactive steps to resolve them

    • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards

    • Work collaboratively with the wider customer service team to deliver a seamless customer experience

Systems & Tools
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (such as Halo) would be advantageous

    • Familiarity with social media management platforms (such as Sprout) is beneficial

About You
  • Previous customer service experience within a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Confident handling customer enquiries across multiple channels

    • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities

    • Professional and empathetic when dealing with sensitive or complex issues
