Logistics and Stores Operative 

 

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics and Stores Operative to join a businesses based near Andover. The successful candidate will be manage and coordinate all aspects of marketing materials and demonstration equipment for events and tradeshows. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate & manage material movement for demos and exhibitions 
  
  
• Organise all marketing material and stock 
  
  
• Support with international shipping of marketing materials 
  
  
• Assist with set building at key tradeshows and events 
  
  
• Buying and ordering new marketing materials and promotional goods
  
  
• Coordinate and manage email inbox, reply to demo requests, provide availability, add to the meeting calendar and print out exchange requests.
  
  
• Communicate with requestors regarding the availability, quality and required return date
  
  

 

Requirements for the Logistics and Stores Operative role : 

• Previous logistics or stores experience (booking in and out stock)
  
  
• Confident Excel user 
  
  
• A can-do attitude and happy to support in various areas of the business 
  
  
• Happy working within a warehouse environment with some heavy lifting 
  
  
• Organised and ability to multi task. 
  
  

 

This Logistics and Stores Operative is working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and paying up to £30,000 depending on experience.
