JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor

THE ROLE:
The firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner to play a significant role in the continued expansion of its Manchester disputes practice. You will advise clients on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud matters, business protection issues and other strategic commercial conflicts.
Working alongside an established team of specialists, you will contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the practice both regionally and nationally. This is a strategic appointment offering genuine influence over the future direction of the team and wider business.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought exclusively from existing Commercial Litigation Partners with a demonstrable client following and a proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable client relationships.
The successful candidate will possess:
• Significant experience handling complex commercial disputes for corporate and commercial clients.
• An established client following capable of transitioning to a new platform.
• Strong business development credentials and commercial awareness.
• A proven ability to generate work and build long-term client relationships.
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to contribute to the continued growth of a leading disputes practice.
Candidates should be capable of operating as a key strategic hire and demonstrate how their practice can complement and enhance the firm's existing offering.
