Residential Property Solicitor, 1-3 Years PQE, Buckingham, £Competitive (DOE) – This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a collaborative and fast-paced team environment with strong long-term prospects. JOB REF: 4274.
THE ROLE:
• The residential property department is one of the firm’s largest and most established practice areas, with an excellent reputation in the local market and a consistent flow of quality work.
• You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Transfers of equity, Re-mortgages, New build transactions and shared ownership matters
• The role offers a varied workload and regular client contact, working within a team known for its efficiency, client service, and strong market presence.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE.
• Be confident handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Be able to effectively manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines
• Demonstrate strong communication skills when dealing with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Thrive in a busy, fast-moving transactional environment
